Duties and Responsibilities:  Is a technique that teaches your body to respond to your verbal commands. Which the commands tell your body to relax and control breathing, blood pressure, heartbeat, and body temperature.

Reflection: No I would not like to be autogenic training because I don’t find that interesting.
