This is trying to say that surround yourself with only positive people, because if you hang out with the wrong people, they'll end up making you do what's wrong too.

Reflection: this quote is saying that when you do good you’ll end up feeling good about yourself. And when you do bad you end up feeling like guilty.

An example is that when you do something good like give something to your parents, you end up feeling good about yourself.
